As a member of the North American Product Development team in Dearborn, Michigan, I worked with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams around the globe to meet functional and cost requirements.

While working primarily in seat foam and side air bags components, my success was only possible with understanding and collaboration of all seating components on a regular basis.

Ford Campus Recruiting
Over my time in the Ford campus recruiting team, I was able to travel to campus 4 years in a row and lead team of 15+ alumni recruiters to develop relationships with recruits. In addition to participating in the application review and interview process, I helped advocate for candidates in the hiring process.
